Two men are charged with sexually assaulting a teenage girl.
Christopher R. Scutt, 30, of 820 E. Bluff St. and Joseph M. Roos, 25, of 282 E. Union St., Seneca both surrendered Monday at the sheriff's office on a charge each of aggravated sexual abuse. Scutt was released on $2,000 and Roos on $500. The charge can be punished with prison.
According to court papers, Scutt and Roos had sex with a girl, who was between 13 and 17, in November.
Marseilles police and state police handled the investigation.Print this story
